An SHG Federation builds its vision through Appreciative Inquiry

74% of the training in MYRADA is for members of SHGs and their representatives and bookkeepers - and 18% to other Community Based Organisations

SHG members from the North East of India travel by foot, bus and train for almost 10 days to reach MYRADA's Project areas where they interact with SHG members from the South. This year at least 15 batches visited MYRADA from Assam, Meghalaya and Manipur.
